My name is Philip Taylor of Taylors Solicitors, and I am the Chapter Director of the Barum Chapter of BNI. My role is to chair the meetings every week, ensuring that we follow the structured agenda developed by the BNI that is proven to maximise the business passed in any BNI chapter.

My name is Robert Palmer of Minton Sudbrooke, and I am the Membership Co-ordinator of the Barum Chapter. I have two principle responsibilities within the chapter. I track the performance of the Chapter in terms of business that is passed between our members. Like any good business, we set goals and monitor our progress towards achieving those goals. I also chair the Chapter Membership Committee, and we have several responsibilities. We deal with new member applications and administer the policies and procedures within the chapter. We deal with any conflicts of interest that may arise, but probably the most important task we have is to plan for the future growth of the chapter, as more members means more business passed.

I am Jonathan Gifford, from Haines Watts Accountants. I am the Treasurer for the BNI in Barnstaple. My role as Chapter Treasurer is to administer the subscription payments of the members and to manage the finances of the Barum Chapter.
