Specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury claims, Oliver has dealt with a wide variety of claims, from relatively minor injuries to cases involving multi million pound settlements. Oliver, who is from North Devon and is based at our Barnstaple office, has an extensive medical negligence caseload, handling birth injury cases, orthopaedic negligence, issues of mis-diagnosis and cosmetic surgery claims. He has previously won claims for clients against NHS hospitals and GP’s as well as international pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
